Today we do a scamper for ITB.

According to Litemind scamper is a technique you can use to spark your creativity and help you overcome any challenge you may be facing. In essence, SCAMPER is a general-purpose checklist with idea-spurring questions — which is both easy to use and surprisingly powerful. It was created by Bob Eberle in the early 70s, and it definitely stood the test of time.

Substitute the chairs to new chairs which

Combine mutliple lectures into one lecture to save time and be more effective.are more confortable.

Adapt the professors to shorter lecturetime spans.

Magnify the availability of learning spots. The current library closes on strange times. Students need more indoor/silent rooms to study.

Put the extra hours to other use. For example the shorter lecture times give place for extra business visits.

Eliminate the 5 hour during lectures at MBA. These are really ineffective.

Rearrange the studentgroups, so that people get to know other people and learn even more.
